TISCO to complete two acquisitions in current fiscal

Recent news in the market reports that, Indian steel producer Tata Iron and Steel Corp (TISCO) may complete at least two acquisitions in the current fiscal in the framework of its expansion plans. TISCO reportedly searches for plants to acquire, the annual capacities of which range between 1-3 million tons. As recently reported by SteelOrbis, TISCO plans to expand its capacity through acquiring steel mills both in India and abroad. The two acquisitions, one in India and the other abroad, are expected to be completed in the current fiscal.
