TISCO signs MoU with workers’ union

According to the news in the market, Indian steel producer Tata Iron and Steel Corporation (TISCO) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tata Workers' Union. Under the scope of MoU, employees of Town Division of Tata Steel will be transferred to newly formed Jamshedpur Utilities & Services Company (JUSCO). With the agreement, TISCO will be able to focus on it production and marketing iron and steel and consolidate its position in the market. Moreover, the agreement will improve the quality of life and the services for its employees. Serving sectors such as town planning and engineering, construction, education and water, JUSCO is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TISCO.
