TISCO commissions continuous annealing and coating line

Shanxi Province-based Chinese steelmaker Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. (TISCO) has held a ceremony to mark the commissioning of its new continuous annealing and coating line (CA3-6), which is part of its silicon steel continuous cold rolling technology innovation project, as reported by Beijing-based state-owned China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC).

The project in question, which is being built by MCC subsidiary WISDRI Engineering and Research Incorporation Ltd., will have an annual output capacity of 1 million mt upon completion.
