TISCO acquires Singapore’s NatSteel

According to recent news in the market, Indian steel producer Tata Iron and Steel Corp (TISCO) made a deal to acquire Singapore-based steel producer NatSteel for $286.1 million. The acquisition of NatSteel, which has operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Philippines, Vietnam and Australia, will enable TISCO to expand its business in Asia.
