Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group recently began to transport its first batch of HRC for South Korean export to Tianjin Port. This initial consignment which consists of 5,000 mt forms part of the first overseas order the company has received since it commenced formal production operations.
The product in question is 3.0-4.0 mm SPHC hot rolled coils, priced at $865/mt FOB for mid-May shipment. The total value of this contract exceeds $4.3 million.
