According to Tianjin-based Chinese steelmaker Tianjin Tiangang United Special Co., a joint venture company of Tianjin Iron and Steel (Group) Co. and Tianjin Dayi Steel Co, hot commissioning was successfully completed on March 27 at its new 650 mm hot rolled strip
production line, on which construction work was carried out by MCC Huatian Engineering & Technology Corporation.
The designed annual output capacity of the
production line is 1 million mt of hot rolled strip products of 250-450 mm in width and 1-5 mm in thickness, including carbon steel, high grade carbon steel and low-alloy high-tensile structural steel.
