Thai government announces reference prices regarding steel bars

According to recent news in the market, Thailand Commerce Ministry has declared the reference prices for steel bars and structural steel to be effect immediately. According to new prices, wholesale price of 6 mm rebars are at the level of Baht 22'338 ($571) per ton and retail price is Baht 24'380 ($623). For 15 mm bars, the wholesale and retail prices are Baht 20'859 ($533) and Baht 22'766 ($582) respectively. The wholesale price of structural steel bars with the dia of 12 mm-25 mm are ranging between Baht 20'859-21'063 ($533-538), while retail prices are ranging between Baht 22'766-22'988 ($582-588).
