Thai decree expected to exempt re-exporters from HRC duty

Thai government seriously considers granting exemption of anti-dumping duties on HRC imports from 14 countries. It has now become almost certain that re-exporters will get the exemption as the customs department, foreign trade department and royal decree committee held meetings in order to discuss the issue and determine in details on a decree to be issued for this exemption.
