Tenaris signs a letter of intent with Silcotub

Luxembourg based Tenaris S.A has recently announced that it signed a letter of intent with Silcotub, which will probably end with Tenaris' possessing a controlling interest in S.C Silcotub S.A in Romania. Located in northwest of Romania, Silcotub produces small diameter seamless pipes for OCTG and it has annual production capacity of 180'000 tons.
