Hebei Province-based Chinese steel producer Tangshan Steel has delivered 5,200 mt of SAE 1006 HRC of 2.0 mm thickness and 1,219 mm width to Jingtang port for export to a Vietnamese customer.
SAE 1006 HRC is a series of low carbon steels made to US standard. These products are very popular in the international market, with their sales prices generally higher than the common variety of SS 400 HRC products. The consignment of products in question was tested and found to be in accordance with the customer's requirements.
