According to the data released by China's customs authorities, in November this year, the largest domestic stainless steel producer, Shanxi Province-based Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group's (Taiyuan Steel) stainless steel exports have declined, marking the second consecutive monthly drop.
In November alone, the company's stainless steel flat products exports reached 15,444 mt, down 4.68 percent month on month. In the first eleven months of the current year, stainless steel flat products exports reached 192,966 mt, down 20.86 percent year on year.
In the first eleven months, the highest monthly export was registered in September at 23,330 mt, while the lowest was 13,067 mt registered in March.
