Taiwanese AD duty outcome on stainless HRC by year end

The anti-dumping duty investigation initiated as a result of the Taiwanese mill Yuen United Steel Corp.'s complaint, against the stainless steel hot rolled coil imports from Germany and Italy is expected to be concluded by the end of this year. The Ministry of finance in Taiwan is expected to decide sometime in December 2002 on whether to impose anti-dumping duties on the stainless steel hot rolled coils from the aforesaid countries.
