In June of the current year, Swedish crude steel production amounted to 372,400 metric tons, decreasing by 7.5 percent year on year and down by 0.6 percent as compared to May, according to the latest data released by the Swedish Steel Producers' Association (Jernkontoret).
Meanwhile, in the first half of this year, Swedish crude steel output increased to 2.4 million mt, up 1.1 percent year on year.
