Successful trial at Casey Steel's new cold rolling line
SteelOrbis Shanghai A successful trial run was completed at the 1450 mm wide cold rolling production line of China's Fujian province-based Fujian Casey Steel Group Co. Ltd. on November 8, 2006. The new production line has an annual output capacity of 500,000 metric tons of cold rolled coil. Specialized in cold rolled coil production, Casey Steel already had the capability of manufacturing this product in widths of up to 1,250 mm. With its new production line, the company will be able to produce cold rolled coil up to 1,450 mm wide.
