Strong fall in France’s iron ore import price in May from Apr

According to the data released by France's National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), in May this year the prices of imported iron ore in France decreased strongly by 9.4 percent month on month, following the 2.3 percent month-on-month decrease recorded in April, while the prices are 10.3 percent lower compared to the same month of the previous year.

Meanwhile, in France the import price index of nickel in May declined four percent compared to the previous month.
