Strike and lockout decisions at Isdemir cancelled reciprocally

Turkey's largest steelmaking group Eregli Demir ve Celik Fabrikalari TAS (Erdemir) has announced that the collective labor agreement negotiations carried out between Celik-Is Union and Erdemir's Iskenderun-based subsidiary Iskenderun Demir ve Celik A.S. (Isdemir) concluded on June 29, with the parties coming to an agreement.

The collective labor agreement will be effective for two years between 01.01.2011 and 31.12.2012. The strike and lockout decisions made earlier have been cancelled reciprocally.
