State-owned firms in Jiangxi establish International Mining Co.

On May 31, seven state-owned enterprises in Jiangxi Province, China jointly established a new company named International Mining Company.

The total registered capital of International Mining Company is RMB 300 billion ($46 billion). The establishment of the new company is expected to optimize the allocation of local mineral resources.
