SSWL’s gross sales increase by 24 percent in September

The Indian steel rim producer Steel Strips Wheels Ltd (SSWL) has announced that it registered gross sales of INR 992 million ($18.9 million) in September this year, up 24 percent compared to the corresponding month of 2011.
 
In terms of units sold, in September SSWL sold 925,000 steel wheel rims, rising by 23 percent compared to 753,000 wheel rims sold in the same month of the previous year.
