Siderperu names new executives

Siderperu, the Peruvian subsidiary of integrated steelmaker Gerdau, has appointed new executives, SteelOrbis has learned.

The company said in a document filing that Aldo Tapia Castillo will replace former general director Juan Pablo Garcia Bayce. Castillo will also take on an executive director role, the document said.

Leslie Harold Pierce Diez Canseco was named president of Siderperu’s board of directors, while Juan Boria Rubio was appointed director, as part of the company’s board.

All the three executives, Castillo, Canseco and Rubio, took on their roles effectively on January 1, 2020.
