Shuicheng Steel completes overhaul work at blast furnace No. 4

Guizhou Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shuicheng Iron and Steel Group (Shuicheng Steel), a subsidiary of Beijing-based Chinese steelmaker Shougang Group, has restarted its blast furnace No. 4 and three related converters at its plant No. 2, following a 48-hour shutdown for overhaul work, as reported by Shougang Daily.
 
According to the report, the overhaul lays a solid foundation for Shuicheng Steel to achieve an annual crude steel output of 5 million mt.
