Severstal's output rises in January-April

Mr. Pogajzev, the Information Manager of Production of Russian steelmaker Severstal has disclosed that the company's output of pig iron rose 15.8 percent, that of crude steel rose 18.8 percent and that of finished steel products rose 7.3 percent year on year in the first four months of 2006.
