Russia’s ferrosilicon output rises 7.6 percent in January-July

According to the data released by the Russian Federation's Federal State Statistics Service, in the January-July period this year the country's ferrosilicon output increased by 7.6 percent, while ferrosilicon chrome output rose by 62.3 percent, both year on year.
 
Meanwhile, in July this year Russia’s output of ferrosilicon reached 91,300 mt, up by 3.3 percent year on year and rising by 3.9 percent month on month. Russian ferrosilicon chrome output in the given month totaled 9,300 mt, up 99.3 percent year on year but down 8.1 percent month on month.
