Russia’s ZMZ wins tender to supply round billets to AvtoVAZ

According to tender results, Russian steelmaker Zlatoust Metallurgical Works (ZMZ) will supply 4,000 mt of round billets of structural steel grades - 19HGN, 20HGNM, 38HGM, 30-40HM, AS40GNM, AS40H - to Russian automaker AvtoVAZ. The total value of the contract is Ruble 143 million ($4.95 million).

Accordingly, ZMZ will ship 600 mt of billets to AvtoVAZ in August. By the end of 2011, ZMZ will supply 4,000 mt of billet according to the contract.
