Ruixin Mining launches construction of silicon metal project

On May 10, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, China-based Ruixin Mining Co., Ltd officially launched the construction of its silicon metal project in the county of Nilka in Yili Valley.
 
The annual production capacity of the project is expected to be 80,000 mt of silicon metal.

Ruixin Mining plans to invest RMB 600 million ($92 million) in the project in question, the construction of which is expected to be completed in 2014.
