Rautaruukki increases its stake in Metalplast
Finland-based steel producer Rautaruukki Corporation announced yesterday that it purchased the 31% stake of the Polish State in Metalplast-Oborniki Holding Sp. z o.o. With this purchase, Rautaruukki's stake in Metalplast increased from 68.7% to 99.8%. Remaining 0.2% is owned by private shareholders. The price of the transaction is not revealed as agreed by the parties.
