Quota for Ukrainian flat rolled exports to US increases

The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has issued a statement announcing that the 2007 quota for exports of Ukrainian carbon steel flat rolled products to the US has been agreed. According to the cabinet announcement, the quota allocated by the US for Ukrainian exports of the product in question has been increased by 4,005 metric tons from 138,106 metric tons in 2006 to 142,111 metric tons for 2007. The quota covers flat rolled products wider than 150mm under the following HS Codes: 7208 40 10 00*, 7208 51, 7208 52, 7208 53 10 00, 7208 53 90 00*, 7208 90*, 7210 70 39 00, 7210 70 90 00, 7210 90 38 00, 7210 90 90 00, 7211 13 00 00, 7211 14, 7211 90*, 7212 40 91 00*, 7212 40 93 00*, 7212 40 98*, 7212 50 51 00*, 7212 50 58 00*, 7212 50 99 00*. *- only products with ≥4.75 mm in thickness
