(Qingdao Steel) and Henan Province-based Hengxing Science & Technology, which is primarily engaged in the manufacture and distribution of metal products, have agreed to jointly invest in the construction of a facility for the production of sawing wire.
The product in question is a high-carbon steel wire used for cutting monocrystalline silicon.
