Prices of Pakistan Steel to decrease in the next fiscal

In a conference held yesterday, Chairman of Pakistan Steel announced that steel prices will start to decrease in the next financial year as the duties on raw materials have been reduced. Hot rolled and cold rolled coil prices of Pakistan Steel are planned to be decreased by PKRupees10'000 ($172) against the prices of imported materials as the duties are reduced. Moreover, billet prices are also expected to decrease in the next financial year, from which mainly the constructors will benefit.
