Polish government to sign a deal for sales of PHS

The Polish government has recently announced that it is going to sign the deal regarding sales of steel company PHS to LNM Group. The deal regarding the privatization of PHS is expected to be signed in coming days. Taking this decision, government hasn't taken into consideration the fact that the group failed in reaching a common solution with Polish trade unions about labour deal, as previously reported by SteelOrbis. According to the statement released by Polish government, up to now it has not signed any deal about privatization of any company, without a deal about social package. However, the government states that in compliance with the agreement signed with EU, it will sell PHS.
