PanZhiHua ChengDu Steel’s 2004 expectations
According to recent market reports, Chinese steelmaker PanZhiHua ChengDu Steel Corp. targets to produce 1.45 million tons of iron, 1.75 million tons of steel and 1.7 million tons of steel products in 2004.
Company expects to obtain Yuan 5.5 billion ($664 million) sales and Yuan 200 million ($24 million) profit this year.
Meanwhile, PanZhiHua ChengDu Steel aims to complete second
construction project successfully in 2004.
Company produced 1.1 million tons of iron, 1.4 million tons of steel and 1.5 million tons of steel products in 2003. Furthermore, company's sales were reported as Yuan 4.5 billion ($544 million).
