OMK acquires Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant

Russian pipe producing company United Metallurgical Company (OMK) has stated that it has acquired 99.34 percent of shares of Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant which is based in the Russian federal republic of Bashkortostan.
 
Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant is Russia's largest pipeline valve producer. Its two steelwork shops are capable of turning out 6,000 mt of products a year.
