Nucor keeps longs prices stable
Nucor Steel has announced that its pricing for rebars, merchant bars, and structural products will remain unchanged as of August 1, 2006. The Raw Materials Surcharge (RMS) applicable to these products will be $116 /nt ($128 /mt or $5.80 cwt.) in August, the same amount as the July RMS. There will be no increase in base prices for these products.
