Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) has stated that in December this year it plans to ship around 460,000 mt of flat steel products, up 12 percent compared to November.
In the January-November period of the current year, NLMK shipped around 4.7 million mt of flat steel, up seven percent year on year.
