NLMK offers for minor stakes in Russian facilities

The Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) has announced the commencement of a mandatory offer to purchase the outstanding shares from minority shareholders of its Russian subsidiaries Stagdok, Dolomite and Altai-Koks.

According to the offer, the price per share of Stagdok is Ruble 3,981.56 ($109.091), the price per share of Altai-Koks is Ruble 15.14 ($0.64) and the price per share of Dolomite is Ruble 913.26 ($38.79).

The offer was made in accordance with Russian legislation and will allow NLMK to manage the subsidiaries in question more efficiently.
