NLMK-Duferco JV completes acquisition of Winner Steel
The Russian steel producer Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) has announced that the NLMK-DUFERCO joint venture company has completed its purchase of a 100 percent stake in the US-based galvanized steel producer Winner Steel. Currently Winner Steel has three galvanizing lines with a combined annual production capacity of 1.2 million metric tons.
