New South Australian mine receives government approval

South Australian government has approved Australia-based IronClad Mining's Wilcherry Hill Iron Ore Project, Australia's newest mine located in South Australia. The mine is expected to start production within the first quarter of 2012.

According to the company statement, the Wilcherry Hill iron ore project is an 80%-20% joint venture between IronClad and its associated company, Trafford Resources Limited. Shipments of direct shipping ore (DSO) to Chinese steel mills are expected to commence in the second quarter of the 2012 calendar year.
