NBS: Slower growth rate in new house prices in Chinese first-tier cities in Nov

In November this year, of 70 major Chinese cities surveyed, house prices in first-tier cities saw slower year-on-year growth. In China’s first-tier cities, the year-on-year growth rate of new house prices in the given month was 0.3 percentage points lower compared to those recorded in October this year, while in the second-tier cities, the year-on-year growth rate of new house prices in the given month was 0.1 percentage point higher compared to that in October, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In China’s first-tier cities and second-tier cities, the year-on-year growth rates of second-hand house prices in November were respectively 0.2 percentage points lower and stable compared to those recorded in October this year.
