NBS: Slower growth rate in new house prices in Chinese cities in Oct

In October this year, of 70 major Chinese cities surveyed, house prices in first-tier and second-tier cities saw slower year-on-year growth. In China’s first-tier and second-tier cities, the year-on-year growth rates of new house prices in the given month were respectively 0.5 and 1.0 percentage points lower compared to those recorded in September this year, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In China’s first-tier cities and second-tier cities, the year-on-year growth rates of second-hand house prices in October were both 0.7 percentage points lower compared to those recorded in September this year.
