MultiServ to expand its services to steel mills

Industrial services and products company Harsco's MultiServ division will reportedly help Corus Engineering Steels (CES) implement its new ingot and continuous casting capabilities at its facility. MultiServ will provide handling and transport services to CES. The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2005. Moreover, MultiServ has signed an agreement with Celsa's Barcelona works to increase its services for the producer, which plans to increase its capacity to 2.5 million tons by 2007. MultiServ has been providing services to CES and Celsa Group for over 20 years and over 15 years, respectively. Both deals are long-term deals with a combined value of $200 million.
