Moody’s changes Turkish steelmaker Erdemir’s outlook from “stable” to “positive”

International rating agency Moody's changed the outlook of Turkey's largest steelmaking group Eregli Demir ve Celik Fabrikalari TAS' (Erdemir) credit rating and national scale rating from "stable" to "positive".

Moody's stated that the increase in steel demand in parallel with industrial production in Turkey was significant for the change in outlook. Rising steel prices in the world also affected the outlook for Erdemir.
