Metinvest agrees on iron ore price rise with Zaporizhstal

The largest Ukrainian iron ore producer Metinvest Holding (Metinvest) has announced that it has reached an agreement regarding the 2008 iron ore prices with Ukrainian steel producer Zaporizhstal.

Accordingly, the price of iron ore supplied by Metinvest to Zaporizhstal will increase in line with the rise in the international iron ore market - i.e. by 65 percent as of April 1, 2008.
