The Mesothelioma Victims Center announced in a press release Tuesday that it is urging former steel mill workers who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma to contact them.

The Mesothelioma Victims Center said, "Steel mill workers in the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, or early 1980s could have been exposed to extremely high levels of asbestos in the workplace. We have initiated a new campaign to ensure these types of workers get the best possible compensation if they have recently been diagnosed with this rare cancer. We want to emphasize that we are talking about hundreds of thousands of workers in a variety of states including Pennsylvania, Indiana, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, just to name a few.

"These individuals who were exposed to asbestos decades ago at a steel manufacturing facility, are beginning to show signs of mesothelioma in record numbers. Many who have come to us looking for help with compensation are seeing large compensation, some more than one million dollars. What you should know about the best mesothelioma compensation claims is that it takes a dedicated team of legal experts to get the best possible settlements for their clients. The mesothelioma attorneys we suggest know exactly what to look for and what questions to ask in order to get you and/or your family the compensation you deserve.

"The CDC has a wealth of information on the subject of mesothelioma. It is now known that a variety of industries used asbestos because it was an affordable way to protect employees from high heat, or fire. In most instances, the machinery, equipment, the structure itself, and the clothing the workers wore at a steel plant all contained asbestos."

The Mesothelioma Victims Center is urging former steel mill workers who have now been diagnosed with mesothelioma to contact them at 866-714-6466 or http://MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.Com before they hire a lawyer or law firm to advance a mesothelioma compensation claim.
