Masteel reduces galvanized coil price for December

SteelOrbis Shanghai On November 21, 2006, Maanshan Iron & Steel Company (Masteel) released its December ex-factory prices for coated products. With the price of galvanized coil decreasing RMB 234/mt ($30), the company's new price of 1.0mm thick SGCC galvanized coil is RMB 5,300/mt ($674), while that of 0.5 mm thick SGCC galvanized coil is RMB 6,201/mt ($789). Meanwhile, the price of color coated coil remains unchanged compared with November. The price of 0.5 mm thick TSGCC color coated coil is still RMB 6,833/mt ($869). All the above prices include 17% VAT.
