Masteel produced 4.5 million tons steel in H1

China's Anhui province based Masteel produced 3.9 million tons of pig iron with 15 percent year on year increase, 4.55 milllion tons of steel with 19.5 percent increase, and 4.19 million tons of steel products with 18 percent increase through the first half of 2005. The company targets 9.5 million tons annual output for 2005.
