LianYuan Steel ups HR and CR prices

On February 16, Hunan Province-based LianYuan Steel made an upward adjustment to the ex-factory prices of its hot rolled and cold rolled products. The ex-factory price of HR increased RMB 90/mt ($12). After adjustment, the new price of 5.5 mm thick Q235 HRC is RMB 4200/mt ($543) Meanwhile, the ex-factory price of CR increased RMB 50/mt ($6). After adjustment, the new price of 1.0 mm thick SPCC CRC is RMB 4930/mt ($637). The above prices all include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of February 16, 2007.
