Kia Steel signs a deal with AIFML

South Korean special steel producer Kia Steel and Hong Kong based investment company Asia Infrastructure Funds Management Ltd. (AIFML) have signed a preliminary agreement regarding the sale of majority stake of Kia Steel. Under the scope of agreement, Kia Steel will sell three million shares or 6.84% of its stakes.
