Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant’s steel pipe output up 2.85 times in January-June
Ukrainian pipe producer Khartsyzsk Pipe Works (KhPW), a subsidiary of Ukraine's largest vertically-integrated mining and steel group Metinvest, has announced that in January-June this year it produced 296,900 mt of steel pipes, 2.85 times more compared to the same period of 2010. Also, KhPW's production of steel pipes in June increased by 35 percent compared to May, reaching 49,800 mt.
