Kazakhstan issues Jan 2007 output data

According to the data released by the Republic of Kazakhstan's Agency of Statistics, in January 2007 the country registered a 34.4 percent increase in its crude steel production, a 33.9 percent increase in its production of flat rolled, and a 2.3 percent rise in its ferroalloys production year on year. The respective figures in metric tons were 380,931, 290,028 and 141,379.
