Jobs in German metal manufacture decline in July

At the end of July this year, the number of employees in metal production and processing in Germany declined by 1.2 percent as compared to the same time last year to around 240,000 persons, while employment in the manufacture of metal products in Germany rose slightly by 0.4 percent year on year to 502,000 persons.
