JISCO Jingtieshan mine’s iron ore output up 8.24 percent in Jan-Nov

Gansu Province-based Chinese steelmaker Jiuquan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. (JISCO) has announced that in the January-November period of this year the total iron ore output of itsJingtieshan mine amounted to 6,904,500 mt, up 525,500 mt or 8.24 percent compared to 6,379,000 mt in the same period of last year.
 
In November this year, JISCO’s Jingtieshan mine produced 555,500 mt of iron ore, compared to 727,000 mt in October.
 
The total iron ore output of the mine for the first 11 months completed 96.57 percent of the planned iron ore output for the whole of the current year.
